アフリカ教育学会第34回大会を、下記の要領にて、対面で開催いたします。どうぞ奮ってご参加、ご発表くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
◇日時：2024年10月13日(日)、14日(月)
◇開催形式：対面のみ
◇会場：
広島大学東広島キャンパス IDEC研究棟（1F 大会議室）

◇日程：
1日目：10月13日（日）13:00〜17:15、18:00頃より情報交換会
2日目：10月14日（月・祝）9:00〜13:15頃（発表件数により変更有）
◇大会参加・発表申し込み期限
8月31日（土）23:59までに、下記のフォームにて参加／発表をお知らせください。

◇発表要旨
添付の作成要領①を参照の上、添付のテンプレート②を使用しご執筆いただき、9月13日（金）23:59までに、アフリカ教育学会第34回大会実行委員会（jsaer34th@gmail.com<mailto:jsaer34th@gmail.com>）までお送りください。
◇大会参加費
一般(公費) 3,000円
一般（私費）1,000円
学生 1,000円
＊必ず会場受付にて直接お支払いください。事前振込によるお支払いは受け付けておりません。
◇情報交換会
日時：10月14日（月）18:00～19:30（予定）
場所：広島大学東広島キャンパス 学士会館1F ラ・ボエーム
東広島キャンパスマップ 北エリア22

参加費：一般4,000円、学生2,000円
◇配布資料
対面でのご発表の際に配布する資料はあらかじめご用意の上、当日、直接セッションにお持ち込みいただきますようお願いいたします。なお、会場でのコピーの要望には応じられませんのでご了承ください。必要部数は対面での参加者数がおおよそ確定した時点で追ってご連絡させていただきます。
◇宿泊
宿泊につきましては、お手数をおかけしますが、各自で確保されますようお願い申し上げます。東広島駅にはビジネスホテルが多数ございます。なお、10月12日（土）、10月13日（日）に西条にて酒祭りが開催される予定です。ホテルの混雑が予想されますのでお早めにご予約されることをお勧めいたします。

We are pleased to inform you that the 34th Japan Society for Africa Educational Research (JSAER) Conference will be held on site only. The details are as follows:
◇Dates: October 13 (Sun) and October 14 (Mon, Holiday), 2024
◇Mode: Onsite only
◇Venue: Meeting Hall (1F) IDEC building, Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, Hiroshima University (https://www.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/access/higashihiroshima)
◇Tentative schedule
Day 1 (October 13 [Sun]): 13:00-17:15 / 18:00〜 (Reception)
Day 2 (October 14 [Mon, Holiday]): 9:00-13:15 (End time may vary depending on the no. of presentations)
◇Deadline for participation/presentation registration
Please fill out the following form for your participation/presentation and submit it by 23:59 on August 31st (Sat), 2024

◇Summary submission
Please follow the attached guideline ① and use the attached template ②, and send your summary to the committee (jsaer34th@gmail.com<mailto:jsaer34th@gmail.com>) by 23:59 on September 13th (Fri), 2024.
◇Participation fee
– Regular: 3,000 yen (If you use research funds. If not, it is discounted to 1,000 yen)
– Student: 1,000 yen
◇Payment Method
Please be sure to pay the participation fee at the venue.
◇Reception
Date/Time: 18:00-19:30 (tentative), October 13 (Sun), 2024
Venue: La Boheme, Gakushi Kaikan, Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, Hiroshima University
Fee: Regular: 4,000 yen
Student: 2,000 yen
◇Handout
If you want to distribute the handouts, please prepare by yourself. We will inform you how many copies are required later.
◇Accommodation
Please book accommodation by yourself. There are several hotels nearby Higashi-Hiroshima station. The Sake festival will be held on October 12 (Sat) and 13 (Sun) in Hiroshima, so we recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible.
